New Community and Enterprise Space,
Duncan Place is a traditional 1920's building which has just been completely refurbished and modernised this year. It is a bright and spacious office space or work space that's available to let. Situated in Leith with views over the Links, Duncan Place offers all the basics of a modern office or working space. There is a lift to all floors, WiFi throughout and office services (TBC). We also offer a co-working space for any individuals that need desk space.
Duncan Place is Leith's newest Community and Enterprise hub. The building is run as a social enterprise and any profits made are re-invested back into the building to cover running costs and provide community space that takes up the ground floor. We are particularly interested in hearing from Social Enterprises or Charitable organisations that are looking to rent space.
