Our D&D group for S2-S6 aged folks (max age 17) returns next month. We run the group in partnership with Ancient Robot Games, with two of their staff members (Morgan and Brian) leading and supporting the sessions.

Starting on Friday, 12th September, the group will run weekly on Fridays, 3 pm to 5 pm, until Friday, 21st November (except the 17th October – school October break - when there will be no session).

It costs £2 per session, paid by cash or card on arrival each week.

We first ran the group for eight weeks before the summer holidays and have a core group of around twelve young people, with games running on two/three tables. We’re expecting that number to grow in the next block and can accommodate a maximum of 20 people.

For anyone joining the group, we just need:

Their name, plus an emergency contact name and email/telephone number.
We also check in to see if anyone has any food allergies/dietary requirements in case we’re ever able to offer snacks.

What to expect:

Split into groups of around five, players will create their own adventurer and be guided through a fantasy world, fighting monsters and maybe saving the day! Each group will also include one Game Master who will control the monsters, townspeople, and cute (or not-so-cute) animals of the world. D&D is easier to do than to explain, though, and this will be a perfect place for both new and experienced players to come together and play D&D.
