Development Manager
Nicola Lamberton is Duncan Place Community Hub's Development Manager and played a key part in the team that stopped the building from being demolished, securing funding and coordinating the re-opening. Nicola manages the Duncan Place Team and has over 20 years of experience in social enterprises delivering mental health support and employability and has managed three social enterprise businesses.
Keith Skakle
Facilities Assistant/Community host
Keith Skakle joined the Duncan Place team as a Facilities Assistant and Community Host in December 2020. Keith leads on the health, safety and maintenance of the building and assists with preparing rooms and welcoming visitors into the building.
Drew Bain
Community Engagement Officer
Drew Bain joined Duncan Place as Community Engagement Officer in Feb 2022. Drew brings a wealth of experience and a real passion for community and inclusivity and has been driving the growth and success of our programme of community activities and events.
Mel Sills
Community Engagement assistant
Mel was an original member of the Duncan Place Community Choir and loved it so much she joined the team as a way to engage with the community further. As an artist and illustrator, she brings her bare skillz to work and can often be found designing a poster or scribbling on the A-board

Sarah Fraser is a relief worker and a valued member of the Duncan Place team. You may meet Sarah on an evening or at a bigger event. You will know her immediately as she is gregarious, the perfect host, and has the warmest of welcomes!
Keith Murray
Community host
Keith Murray is a member of the Duncan Place team. Keith M is a valued community host welcoming visitors and ensuring the meeting rooms are ready. He has been involved in Duncan Place since 2015 when he was a Board Member and an active volunteer. He was instrumental in saving Duncan Place from demolition and the subsequent re-development of the building into the Community Hub we have today. Keith is a designer by trade and helps with the development of our website, and with occasional graphics and artwork. With the ever-growing programme of events, news and web updates this is a never-ending task!
