Thursdays from 6th August – 2pm til 2:50pm A weekly 50-minute Qigong class. Reduce stress and increase energy levels through focus on breath, posture, and gentle movements. All the exercises can be done standing or seated. Expect to have some fun! Qigong is the cultivation of energy through movement, breath, and intention. Qigong movements are
