In our meetings we explore Gurdjieff's ideas through open discussion of questions and observations brought by participants. Practical activities are pursued in groups as a means to explore and practice awareness and attention.
Gurdjieff Scotland holds regular 'movements' sessions, led by experienced practitioners. These are a kind of sacred dance exercise, and were always, and continue to be, an integral aspect of Gurdjieff's teaching. Movements express the teaching in a language where each gesture, each attitude, each sequence has a specific role and meaning. They call for the participation of my whole Presence.
We would welcome an enquiry from you if you have a sincere interest in the ideas of G.I. Gurdjieff, and if you are searching to discover the truth about yourself in relation to the world around you.
