Duncan Place is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation. We are a charity registered in Scotland SC048100. Our registered office is Duncan Place Community Hub, 4 Duncan Place, Leith, Edinburgh, EH6 8HW.

What information do we collect?
When you apply to become a Duncan Place member we collect your name, address, phone and email.
How we use the information?
We willâŻuse theâŻDuncan Place Member Contact details to communicate with you about your application for membership â to tell youâŻif and whenâŻyour application is approved, and to communicate with you about annual renewal.âŻIf you are aâŻDuncan Place member, we will also use your details to send you details of our AGM.
We automatically register Duncan Place Member ContactsâŻto receive the Duncan newsletter â you can unsubscribe from this at any time by contacting us or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
For as long as you are subscribed to the Duncan Place newsletter, we may also send you occasional âspecialâ Member BulletinsâŻâ regarding Duncan Place news, campaigns, products and services.
We will not share your information with any third parties unless we have asked for your consent to do so.
If your application to join Duncan Place is unsuccessfulâŻor we cannot process your application for some reason, your data will be retained forâŻsix monthsâŻthen deleted.
When you cease to be a member of Duncan Place, data is retained forâŻsixâŻyears and then deleted.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information.
