SUMMER TERM (April 30th - June 25th): Game building. This computer workshop teaches learners how to code using platform games and Microsoft's Game Lab. In this course, aligned with the Curriculum for Excellence, learners will create algorithms using visual block coding and build their own Computer Game. From Flappy Birds to Candy Crush, kids have consistently shown their ability to develop good games, this computer workshop will teach them how to do this. Game coding teaches children to develop a structured thought process and promotes logical thinking!
