Leith Gala Day with Duncan Place

Come and join us for Leith Gala Day next Saturday, 8th June

We'll have a big marquee at Leith Gala Day this year across the road on Leith Links. Come and say hello! We're also going to offer a few free activities (from our community events programme) for folks to get involved with on the day.

Where will we be? Look for the big white marquee just behind Leith Links Playpark. On the same patch of grass (but on the opposite end) as the John Rattray golfing statue and exercise equipment.

Dinosaur-themed storytelling, mask-making and silliness.  Recommended Ages 3-6yrs
Let’s read a fun dino story together, design dinosaur masks, and get silly with dinosaur games. There’s no need to book, just come along. Plus, It’s FREE! Recommended for ages 3 to 6. Grownups must stay with wee ones.

Come and hear our amazing choir perform. Foot tapping and finger clicking are guaranteed!
We're really excited to have our community choir perform a few songs for you all to enjoy. This is their second public performance as a choir, and after their amazing performance at our AGM, you're in for a treat! Come support them and get your feet tapping and fingers snapping.

1:00 pm Adult Craft Group

Join our adult craft group members and make your own embroidery patch. Suitable for beginners.  Age 16+ Only
Join members of our craft group at this craft session for adults, and try your hand at making little embroidery patches. Suitable for beginners. This session is for adults aged 16 and over. We'll also be displaying some of the beautiful crafts we have been making over the past few months.  Please note: Spaces around the craft table for the embroidery taster are limited and will be offered on a first-come basis.
