In collaboration with Ancient Robot Games, we are introducing a brand-new Role-Playing Game (RPG) group for S2 to S6 aged young people. With an initial focus on Dungeons & Dragons, the group will meet for seven consecutive Friday afternoons, 3pm until 5pm, from Friday 2nd May to Friday 13th June (then breaking for summer). Brian and Morgan from Ancient Robot Games will be here to guide and support the group in starting up their games.
Split into groups of around five, players will create their own adventurer and be guided through a fantasy world fighting monsters and maybe saving the day! Each group will also include one Game Master who will control the monsters, townspeople and cute animals of the world. D&D is actually easier to do than explain though, and this will be a perfect place for both new and experienced players to come together and play D&D.
The group will cost £2 to attend each session which can be paid each week by cash or card. There are 20 spaces available. We expect this group to be popular, so spaces are on a first-come basis. We’re also looking for group members who can commit to coming regularly if they enjoy the first session.
If you know a young person who would like to join the group, please get in touch with us by email: events@duncanplace.org.
Starting Friday 2nd May, 3 - 5pm. Costs £2.
Booking required, spaces limited.
