Academy Arts was established in the 1970s and continues today providing a place for artists of all abilities to be creative. You can paint and draw using all kinds of mediums at Academy Arts at Duncan Place. The group are enthusiasts who like to create artwork in a relaxed atmosphere, with tea and coffee and a wee bit of chat. Please be aware that Academy Arts is not an art class and there is no teacher or tutor. However, the group's cumulative knowledge and experience of art techniques are shared. If you are a seasoned master or an enthusiastic beginner - you are welcome.
