What information do we collect?
When you submit an enquiry to Duncan Place or take part in a survey conducted by us - by phone, by email, by website or in person - your enquiry, information and contact details may be recorded and stored. This includes enquiries for room leases and hires so may also include information on the activities taking place during your lease or hire, names and contact of staff/ attendees where there is a legitimate need for us to know their details, dates and times applicable and other relevant information.
How we use the information?
We will use this data to respond to your enquiry. We will also use it for reporting and funding purposes, and to monitor the level and nature of enquiries we receive.
Your information will be stored for 2 years and then deleted.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information.
